Summer Skin Prep: Your Guide to Glowing, Protected Skin

Summer means more sun, sweat, pollution—and more demands on your skin barrier. At BALENSE®, we’ve crafted each product to support hydration, repair, and protection without stressing your skin. Here’s how to build a summer‑ready routine using BALENSE® favourites.

1. Gentle cleansing — morning & night

Start and end your day with a mild cleanser that removes impurities without stripping your skin.

Use BALENSE® Hydrating Gentle Cleanser — it’s ideal for daily use, helping you reset your skin without compromising moisture.

2. Light exfoliation (1–2× per week)

To help your skin turnover dead cells and allow better absorption of active ingredients, incorporate a gentle exfoliant.

3. Targeted serums for antioxidant support & brightening

Especially in summer, your skin faces more oxidative stress. A brightening or antioxidant serum helps counter free radicals and even out tone.

4. Hydrate smartly
